Refund policy

1. Since all orders are perishable in nature, refund on any cancellation is not possible on the same day or after delivery.

2. It is required that 24 hour prior notice of cancellation be given. Refund charges of 10% per order shall be applicable.

3. Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at ishanbhanot@gmail.com with the Subject : “ Cancellation Request” and specifying in the mail :

4. Kiki's Cakery has the discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.

5. In case of any refund, the amount will be adjusted for any future purchase.

6. Full refund is applicable if only Kiki's Cakery is not able to deliver an order on the promised delivery date. Such refund will be credited through the original UPI payment account through which payment was made within 7 days of such a cancellation.
