Orders and Payments

• Customers can place orders for Kiki's Cakery products by calling us at our mentioned phone number.
• All orders are confirmed only after advance UPI payments only. Please share transfer screenshot with valid Transaction ID. 
• We do not accept cash on delivery or credit cards.
  
• Customers can choose between delivery or pickup options.

Delivery

• 3rd party Delivery is available for customers within Delhi/NCR for ₹500/- .
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including address, contact information and location pin, to ensure smooth delivery.
• Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
• Delivery is an on demand service that we provide to our customers via available 3rd party vendors. We take immense care to maintain a high packaging standard to make the product fit to travel. However, Kiki's Cakery is not liable for damages caused in delivery.

Pickup

• Customers opting for pickup must communicate a convenient date and time for collection.
• Pickup orders must be collected within the specified time slot.
• Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
• We can only deliver the product as per the date and time communicated at time of order confirmation.

Quality Assurance

• We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
• In the event of any dissatisfaction with the product received, customers are requested to contact us immediately for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Kiki's shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, or transportation issues.

Data Privacy

Customer information provided during the ordering process will be treated with utmost confidentiality and used solely for order processing purposes.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Kiki's Cakery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms periodically for updates.
